<description>I'm very interested in Drupal and would greatly appreciate your advice. I'm starting a new community web portal for an audience of school teachers &#38; administrators for a potential audience of nearly a hundred thousand professionals (I hope!). I'm new to the open source Content Management space...previous community sites I've been involved with have been developed using in-house developed custom applications (programmers), design teams, and IT staff. I can easily see the value in a CMS system...this seems to be the right approach to building sites.

I really admire what you have created with blufftontoday.com. Can you tell me a little bit more about the project? How much of Blufftontoday was created with available Drupal modules vs. programming? How easy is it to get going with Drupal? Will I still need to hire a programmer to make the dream a reality? Suggestions on how to start if you were starting with Blufftontoday.com today? Recommended ISPs?

Sorry for all the questions...I'm anxious to create exactly the sort of online community you've already accomplished on Blufftontoday.com.
